The wines are produced and aged in small cement or stainless steel vats and French and American oak barrels.

  • Nose: a complex bouquet of matured fruits (blackcurrant, cherry) and spices (pepper and cinnamon), tobacco, mocha…
  • Palate: full, velvety, roasted, and fruity (black cherry joining the blackcurrant), with a liquor ice finish that adds a real freshness.
  • Food & wine pairing: serve at 15-17° C, with a beef steak with red wine sauce, a rack of lamb or prime rib steak with salt.

  • Color: lovely red garnet.
  • Nose: intense, with smoky, balsamic, and mineral (graphite) notes, and even a touch of eucalyptus.
  • Palate: this aromatic intensity is accompanied in the mouth by silky tannins and a general freshness, finishing on liquorice notes.
  • Food & wine pairing: best served at 15/16 °C, this wine will be a fine match for a well-seasoned lamb stew or even hot, spicy dishes, red meat, green pepper sauce, duck fillet.
  • Cellaring: over 10 years in optimal conditions.

  • Color: deep ruby.

  • Nose: complex bouquet, aromas of mocha, black fruits, garrigue, chlorophyll and licorice sticks.

  • Palate: rich and opulent with unique flavors or blueberry and truffles finishing on peppery notes.

  • Food & wine pairing: serve at 15-17°C with spaghetti Bolognese, Osso Bucco, or even braised ham.

  • Cellaring: over 8 years in optimal conditions.

  • Color: deep ruby.

  • Nose: quintessence of aromas of blackberries and plums, evolving towards gourmet cocoa notes.

  • Palate: structured and complex. Lots of character for this 100% Merlot. Flavors of ripe fruit and prune, enhanced by fine spices and fine tannins, with notes of mocha and cocoa bean.

  • Food & wine pairing: to be served at 15/17°C, this wine will go well with grilled or roasted meats, pasta, or charcuterie.

  • Cellaring: over 8 years in optimal storage conditions.

  • Color: bright yellow.

  • Nose: quintessence of flavors of dried fruits and apricot relayed by notes of spices and vanilla.

  • Palate: unctuous and harmonious with a long, well-balanced finish.

  • Food & wine pairing: to be served at 9-12°C, with Thai monkfish curry, turbot fillets with saffron sauce, or white meats, Orloff veal fillet. For Viognier lovers, enjoy it on its own.
