Vinification
Traditional skin contact (2 weeks), with daily rack or pumping overs. Carbonic maceration with entire bunches for 17 days (Carignan).
- 70 % of the wine is aged in stainless steel, 30 % in American (70%) and French (30%) oak barrels for 6 months
